Vishwa infrastructure is equipped to provide the services of “rebar cut & bend” of reinforced steel. We sophisticated rebar cut & bend units, aims at providing cost effective and high quality solutions to all our construction clientele. The rebar unit uses high tech computerized robots that cuts and bends steel with precision and minimal wastage.

Providing detailed bar list and placement drawing for the bars
Cutting and bending of bars according to specifications
Delivering cut and bend rebar to specified locations with their identification tags
Delivery report with all steel details (section, bar marking, quantity, diameter, weight, no. of bars)
With the latest computer controlled stirrup machinery, we have the ability to cut and bend bars of diameter from 8mm to 40mm. The machines can bend steel or stirrups to any geometrical shape at an accuracy of +/- 1 degree.

We setup of automated rebar shop with owned fully equipped shed and work related fully automatic machines like dura bend, strirrup bender, shear line, de-coiling machines produced approx. 100 M.T per day of finished reinforcements as per design & drawing along with BBS. for Reliance Industries Limited at Jamnagar, Gujarat.
